Nach den Artikeln 1 und 2 des dem Vertrag über die Europäische Union und dem Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union beigefügten Protokolls Nr. 22 über die Position Dänemarks beteiligt sich Dänemark nicht an der Annahme dieser dieses RECHTSINSTRUMENTS und ist weder durch diese diesen RECHTSINSTRUMENT gebunden noch zu ihrer seiner Anwendung verpflichtet.
law	In accordance with Articles 1 and 2 of Protocol No 22 on the position of Denmark, annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Denmark is not taking part in the adoption of this instrument and is not bound by it or subject to its application.
