I would like to ask, if it is to your knowledge, what is the status for replenishments and technical support (FLM and SLM) on your ATMs? To be more specific, who is deciding and performing the replenishments for each ATM, who is replacing the papers when finished and when there is a technical problem who is asked to solve it?

SLM - post disaster repairs, provision of full operation
