If agreed by the Parties, price of goods is subject to change until consignment invoice is issued or the specifications (Appendices) are signed by both Parties. "протокол согласования" относится и к ценам, и к ассортименту, и к срокам и условиям поставки. "conditions hereto" - это как? |
