1.1 SAFETY AND EMERGENCY SYSTEMS ISOLATION
Isolations are identified on an ICC and require a risk assessment prior to application due to unavailability of the safety or emergency system.
Isolating discrete components of a safety or emergency system in order to replace or maintain them uses a similar process to that applied for normal isolations except that the Issuing Authority will identify the Control Room Operator as an “Affected Party” on the ICC, where his signature is appended before the application of the isolation and its re-instatement. Installations/locations which do not have a commissioned Control Room must provide alternative methods of ensuring affected and relevant parties are consulted. Details must be contained within any “Local Rules” developed by the site or project.
The Person Responsible for the Area for the relevant safety/emergency system ensures that the number of relevant systems isolated at any one time does not significantly degrade the area or installation and that whilst isolations are in place, sufficient control is maintained. He shall (through the risk assessment) determine whether additional safety measures require to be implemented.
Facility Emergency Response Team members must be notified of any removal or reduction of fire-fighting capability to allow contingency measures such as alternative fire/gas monitoring and fire fighting to be implemented where this is identified as necessary.
Where appropriate, tannoy announcements should be made to inform personnel of safety system isolation testing.
If isolations require to remain in place beyond the end of a 12 hour working shift, the off-going PA must inform the PRA/IA who will determine whether the isolation can remain in place.

Гм. Ну я полагаю мудрствовать лукаво не стОит.
Изолирование аварийных систем и систем защиты.
Проверка деятельности отдельных компонентов систем видимо. Для чего их изолируют из/от системы. Поэтому это влияет на систему работы системы в целом. Поэтому нужны бэкапы и объявы по громкой связи.
