Помогите, пожалуйста, понять смысл данного словосочетания в таком предложении:

All trucks must be in a good technical and presentable state and fully roadworthy. All required preparations for delivery of the consignments to the consignees, e.g., agreement of the delivery date for delivery ”free assembly space”, shall be made by the Forwarder in good time and observed (accoding to the date agreed with the consignee).

”free assembly space” - это, похоже, какой-то способ или режим доставки? В общем, логисты, помогите разобраться!
