From my experience with big companies we are working with.
If they deal with us - "с корпоративными клиентами", not with private ones - they are always called "Key Account Manager" or "International Key Account Manager" and so on... By the way, these deaprtments are also called "Key Account Management".

For Irica: If you are not sure and would like to check it, just try to search for a job, f.i., at monster.com or something, type in "Key Account Manager" and you can see the description of the tasks and duties there.

odd... i have never heard it from any of the "big companies" i work with (russian, european, american, canadian, etc..)

Well, as I mentioned before, just check for the job description for Key Account Manager, or just search in internet for it, and it will become clear...

To be honest, I also have never heard about Corporate Client Manager, that's why I think both you and me can be right. May be it depends on country or even company.
