Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.. Не извещение или несвоевременное извещение другой Стороны Стороной, для которой создалась невозможность выполнения обязательств по Договору, о наступлении обстоятельств форс-мажор влечет за собой утрату права ссылаться на эти обстоятельства.
Мой вариант, лучше пока не придумала:
In case of a Party’s failure to notify the other Party of the beginning of force-majeure or to comply with the established time limits, the Party for which it becomes impossible to fulfill its obligations under the present Contract due to force-majeure circumstances, forfeits the right to invoke to such circumstances.

В принципе все верно но я бы написала так :

If the Party cannot fulfill its obligations under this contract due to force-majeure circumstances and does not notify or fails to notify the other Party of such force-majeure circumstances within established time limits, such Party's right to refer to these force-majeure circumstances shall be forfeited.
