reversible eternity ring An eternity ring that features one type of gemstone or gemstone arrangements on the top portion along the band and an entirely different gemstone or grouping of gemstones on the lower portion. This enables the user to slide the ring around for two completely separate looks with one showing when the palm is facing up and the other as seen when the palm is facing down.
