climb-out The portion of flight operation between takeoff and the initial cruising altitude
clutter In radar operations, the reception and visual display of radar echoes caused by precipitation, chaff, terrain, numerous aircraft, or other phenomena. Such echoes may limit or preclude ATC from providing services based on radar.
