The frost protection prevents the plant to suffer from any damage caused by temperatures below zero. Incase of frost it will blow out conducting hoses, the water distributor and spray tubes, sitting at the top of the plant. This is done by means of compressed air. Additionally, outlet valves which are fixed at bottom level of the water distributor open up after all water has been blown out. Thus possible water residue is prevented from causing any damage. |
