Пока в моем вольном переводе это звучит "Эти города – наследники прошлых цивилизаций и хранители культурных ценностей".

вот этот кусочек вообще пока не складывается

Можно ли перевести фразу "Environmental sustainability of Heritage cities" как "экологическое равновесие городов культурного и исторического наследия"?
