1.1.42 "Insolvency Event" means in relation to either Party, the occurrence of one of the following:

И еще вопрос: filed with any court, arbitrazh court or any body citing or requesting institution of proceedings on bankruptcy.

Ну, попробую.
(1) Осуществление данной Стороной действий, имеющих своей целью выражение согласия либо дачу согласия "по умолчанию" на возбуждение процедур ликвидации, банкротства...
(2) Подача в отношении данной Стороны заявления о возбуждении процедуры её банкротства, неплатежеспособности либо ликвидации (или аналогичных процедур)в любой суд, арбитражный суд [а дальше, честно говоря, не совсем понятно - body citing or requesting institution].
