Речь идет обо оборудовани для печи на металлургическом комбинате. И упоминается такая штука: dilution air valve. Контекст такой (см. последнюю строчку). Еще кстати: valve здесь как будет лучше перевести?

The gas flow control valves are untight butterfly valves:

- carbon steel body
- carbon steel butterfly
- stainless steel shaft

Each valve is equipped with:

- a pneumatic actuator
- a 4 to 20 mA/0,2 to 1 bar electro-pneumatic positioner
- a pressure regulator with filter and manometer
- a limit switch (proximity detector) for the closed position (dilution air and bleeder valves only)
