Расчеты и переводы по иным операциям, не указанным в Приложении №1 к настоящему договору, а также расчеты и переводы при предоставлении Клиентом кредитов и займов в валюте РФ резидентам на срок более трех лет, расчеты и переводы при выпуске резидентами облигаций, являющихся внутренними ценными бумагами, выкуп и платежи по которым не предполагаются в первые три года с даты выпуска указанных облигаций, осуществляются Клиентом по Счету без ограничений в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации, установленными в соответствии с ним банковскими правилами, требованиями Банка России, а также условиями настоящего Договора.

2. other transactions, not indicated -- needs a comma
3. as well as, settlements -- does not need a comma
4. transfers associated with credits extended or loans granted in Russian roubles to residents
5. transfers associated with any issuance of bonds for domestic market by the Client, if no redemption or disbursement maturities fall within the first three years...

7. laws of the Russian Federation, banking regulations enforced thereunder, ...
