Подскажите, пожалуйста, о чем здесь речь (юр. документ).

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

all the assets of the company capable of delivery, including without limitation all documents of account, documents relevant to the preparation of accounts, documents of the company held by its (past and present) auditors, management accounts, ledgers, documents relating to banking, books, records, minutes, papers and computer data ;

а также имеются assets not capable of delivery, это как?

а про not capable нет такого же списочка?

документ о том, что компания А должна передать компании Б вместе с передаваемыми ей же акциями обыкновенными.

Списочек про not capable такой:
as regards any assets of the company not capable of delivery, binding authorities in a form satisfactory to Mr *** addressed to those with control or custody of the same, identifying such assets in detail and obliging such persons to deliver the same to Mr *** or as he directs and until such time to hold them strictly to the order of Mr *** on behalf of the company;

вот еще нарыла sample contract английский, в нем есть такое:

At Completion, the Seller shall:

1.1 Transfer of Business Assets capable of delivery.

Deliver to the Purchaser all the Business Assets which are capable of
transfer by delivery with the intent that legal and beneficial title to these Business Assets shall pass by and upon delivery.

Понима-а-аю... Тот случай, когда что-нибудь переводите, а потом идете по улице и думаете: "Почему эта машина так резко затормозила рядом со мной??!! Что это за люди из нее выходят??!! Почему он держит руку за пазухой??!!"

Нет-нет, не рассказывайте мне ничего: и знать ничего не хочу! :-)))
