For each embodiment described herein, the methods may further comprise the step of mutagenizing one or more amino acid residues of the light chain and/or heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence of the antibody to generate a target antibody when the index exceeds the viscosity limit. The step of mutagenizing the light chain and/or heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence may reduce hydrophobicity, increases net charge, and/or increase or decrease charge asymmetry so that the index of the target antibody does not exceed the viscosity limit. вопрос в том как перевести "mutagenized antibody" в данном контексте. по сути в гены иммуноглобулинов вносятся направленные мутации с помощью направленного мутагенеза. Как результат - mutagenized antibody. Нужно просто определить данное выражение |
