Если вам англоязычная версия сайта нужна для красоты, "шоб было", то пойдет в общем-то. Если вы с помощью этого сайта собираетесь продавать эти ваши пожарные штуки иностранцам - то лучше конечно почистить.

**CIS countries on the Post-Soviet area** - это уже советская политэкономия: ну, на фиг потребителю пожаротушителей сообщать/напоминать о том, что, мол, раньше у нас была Советская власть, а теперь ее нет, и у нас не так, как раньше, при советской власти? Поможет ему эта информация при тушении огня, потребителю? Да и CIS как-то неприлично созвучно с ISIS...

У Вас весь синтаксис русский остался. Почередуйте страдательный залог с действительным в предложениях. Поменьше существительных на -tion, побольше герундия и глаголов. Пафос излишний тоже надо как-то сбить.
