In the event recipient is required to disclose any Confidential Information pursuant to law or government regulation, recipient shall promptly notify the disclosing Party of such requirement in order to allow the disclosing Party the maximum time to obtain protective or confidential treatment of the Confidential Information before it is disclosed and in any event shall only disclose Confidential Information to the extent absolutely required pursuant to such law or governmental requirement as determined by external counsel and supported by a written opinion of such counsel.
