Subject: consideration law A "Significant Transaction" means any transaction or agreement entered into by ХХХ/Listco (or any of their subsidiaries) which would be classified as a "Class 1 transaction" under the UK Listing Rules (as if Listco were a listed company for the purposes of those rules).
