Test Method: (plate-count method)
1. Eluent: 0.1% peptone, 0.05% Tween-80, 0.9% NaCl solution.
2. Sample treatment: Decompose the product by sterile operation and move them into eluent, vibrate in vortex mixer for 2 minutes for use.
3. Aerobe culturing: product eluent 2ml inoculated to 2 plates respectively, 1 ml for each plate; each plate is injected with 20ml TSA, cultivating for 48-72h under 30-35℃.
4. Mold culturing: product eluent 2ml inoculated to 2 plates respectively, 1 ml for each plate; each plate is injected with 20ml SDA, cultivating for 5-7 days under 20-25℃.
5. Counting: count according to colony count principle and multiply with diluent fold to calculate bacterial colony count of each piece of product (cfu/pc).
