NO HIREDuring the term of this Purchase Order, and for a period of six (6) months after its completion or termination, Seller shall not knowingly solicit, entice, or persuade, or knowingly attempt to solicit, entice, or persuade, any employee of Buyer to terminate such employee’s business relationship with Buyer for any reason. The foregoing shall not apply to (1) individuals hired as a result of the use of a general solicitation (such as an advertisement, in newspapers, or on radio or television) not specifically directed to the employees of Buyer; or (2) employees who independently and on their own initiative pursue employment opportunities with Buyer.
