Encore was started in a two-car garage by two people unusually excited about making great tile. For Debbie and Barry Russell, tile was more than a surface, or a money-making venture…it was an ever-evolving art form. Shortly after they began, they were joined by Rita Bourdon and Michael Campbell, who shared their passion.
