Посоветуйте, пож-та, как лучше перевести вот такое предложение (это одно из решений Общего собрания акционеров):

Одобрить сделку Общества, в совершении которой имеется заинтересованность - внесение изменений в условия Договора залога ценных бумаг №........, заключенного со Сбербанком России ОАО, в части включения в него обязательств Общества отвечать предметом залога дополнительно по исполнению обязательств ОАО "..............." по заключенному договору об открытии невозобновляемой кредитной линии №.......................

Что касается названия Сбербанка на англ., то его полное фирменное наименование по Уставу - Savings Bank of the Russian Federation, а Sberbank - это сокращенное название.
