Да тут контекст особо не подскажет. Это из учредительного договора компании. Идет перечисление:
The company's objects are:-
To carry on business as a general commercial company including but not limited to the following, in conjunction with each
other or as separate and distinct undertakings, all or any of the following businesses: manufacturers, importers, exporters, agents,
dealers (both wholesale and in retail) in all articles of commercial, manufacturing, personal and household use and consumption
and in all kinds of raw materials; SECRETARIAL AGENTS, employment agent, warehousemen; storage contractors, shipping and
forwarding agents etc.

Может Вы подскажете еще что значит in conjunction with each
other or as separate and distinct undertakings? Это было бы просто здорово :)
