Разные есть варианты.
Например: обеспечит защиту от ответственности и гарантирует возмещение каждому Менеджеру, каждому лицу....В ОТНОШЕНИИ:
(i) всех требований, исков

На русский это всегда ложится плохо, поэтому надо "крутить". Или, вместо "В ОТНОШЕНИИ", "В СВЯЗИ С..."
