Арендатор по окончании Срока Аренды обязан по требованию Арендодателя удалить все Улучшения, _при согласовании производства которых_ Арендодателем было указано на необходимость удаления таких Улучшений Арендатором по окончании Срока Аренды.

вариант (но мне он не совсем нравится) :

After the expiration of tenancy period the Tenant shall be obliged to remove all Improvements upon the request of the Renter, during the negotiation of creation of which the Renter pointed out at the necessity to remove such Improvements by the Renter upon the expiration of the tenancy period.

Как перевести лучше, подскажите, пожалуйста!
