Контекст:
Все протоколы и порты оборудования должны быть отражены в документации при поставке, чтобы сделать возможной конфигурацию файерволов. В поставке ОМС должен присутствовать как минимум 1 файервол.

1/ 'upon delivery' - передает момент после окончания поставки. Получается, сначала поставка, потом отражение в документации.

2/ не вижу проблемы в переводе отражены глаголом to reflect

Просто по смыслу, "чтобы сделать конфигурацию возможной", соответствующая информация должна быть предоставлена вместе с отгрузочными документами, а *reflect* получается слишком общо (имхо).
