Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести PTWI (может есть спец. термин), communication package и country representatives в данном контексте.

We would like to update you on WHO/JECFA's activities to establish a provisional tolerable weekly intake (PTWI) for aluminium of 1 mg/kg body weight, which replaces the previously established PTWI of 7 mg/kg body weight.

In the meantime this subject is treated at IAI (International Aluminium Institute) level where a special task force was formed to monitor regularly the impact of PTWI and establish relationships with the country representatives on the Codex Committee for Food Additives (CCFA). The task force is going to prepare a communication package for the country representatives in this Committee.
